Today was a really good day!
Today was actually the best day I've had in weeks. Very few thoughts of self-harm. Tony had a good day, too! Work actually went well today, too. Kinda' makes me wonder sometimes what sort of terror is lurking just 'round the bend! But I won'd dwell on that for now ... might as well ride the wave while I can!
