Today - and only today

Hope everyone is doing well - - - today is the day that counts.  Stay gamble-free and you're on your way to a better life!  That is a given.
I had a wonderful weekend and thank goodness, it didn't include gambling at all! When you start staying away, you see the beauty around you, which was always there, but we are blinded to that when the addiction is active.  I have found I appreciate the little things in nature around me as well as my personal relationships.  Life feels clearer and positive again when I don't gamble.
Not implying that this is easy by any means.. we all know that, but the results are so WORTH the effort!
