TMI, You've been warned.

It is not going very well at all.  I have tried to keep postitive but it is very difficult.  I have been noticing for awhile a certain issue when I go to the bathroom.  This is the TMI part so leave now if it will bother you.  Sometimes when I have a bowel movement and I wipe by lady parts there is a smear of poop.  At first I thought maybe I was wiping to far back and was getting the poop from there but the more it happened the more I realized it must becoming from my vagina.  Now I have never heard of this before looking it up apparently it can happen to woman where a connection can form between her colon or rectum and her vagina it is called a rectal-vaginal fistula or RVF for short.  Now the causes of this occuring are a few different reasons.  1. childbirth.  2. Crohn's, Colitis, IBD of some sort.  3. Cancer  4. Previous surgery involving the vaginal wall or rectum.  And so on...
Now I did give birth last year and this has been going on since around that time.  So if I do have RVF more then likely that is why but my mind wants to go to #3 for the reason why.  I saw my doctor about this and she examined me and even did a blue dye test which showed nothing so she said she was going to consult an associate who has more knowledge about this.  My doctor called today and said his office should be calling me about an appointment. 
 
Also I have been very fatigued for the last couple of weeks and this week I have also been feeling shortness of breath.  Now I have been fatigued before but if I rested for awhile it got better but now even if I take it easy I have the same symptoms.  I am worried that I am anemic because the RVF is caused by cancer and therefore it is too late.  I have never been this fatigued for this long before.  I need to see a doctor about it but it is difficult due to our money situation.  I am super concerned about this I keep hoping it will get better but so far it hasn't.  I don't know what to do.  Please Lord help me.
