Tired of this Mood Changing

My mood is still bothering me. I feel sad because I have no life. I am not doing anything with my life. I don't know what to do anymore. My medications are not helping me anymore and therapy is not helping either. I'm trying to overcome it but it is really hard. I guess I am pleading for help because I don't know what else to do.
