Tired of crying

I'm so tired of crying at everything lately!! I drop a spoon, I cry. I make a wrong turn, I cry. I can't find something, I cry. If someone says something even slightly off, I cry! I'm so tired of not being able to control my emotions. People are gonna want to stop being around me...and it's so embarrassing. But I can't control it. I couldn't stop crying on a 6 hour flight a couple weeks ago and it was awful! But I couldn't control it! I hope it'll get better once I'm back home cause it's exhausting...
