time to write
i've been really productive the past few days - and then after all's said
and done, when I sit down, I want to keep go-go-going, thankfully there's always something to do.. again, I'm in a good
place. Work is going well as well and so is 'after work.'
I don't always know how to change course and it seems like I may take a wrong turn mentally in my downtimes but I figure if I stick to my chores and get things done even if I'm sent questioning down a rabbit hole, then I'm still kept staying on track and self sustaining even so. It feels good that I'm doing that.

Glad all is good. Keep at it!
Thanks Nikki!

I'll drink to that. In my own case, idle hands really are the devil's workshop. Staying busy helps me process and disregard the most counter-productive of the mental chatter and act productively on the portion of the mental chatter which merits action. Believe it or not, not all of my mental chatter is counterproductive. Let's not throw proverbial babies out with the bathwater.
Thanks Arfie!! Libations clink to you too!
