did some of the paperwork but made a mistake and started to feel overwhelmed...
I put it all away and still was overwhelmed by little things......I remembered I need to be self responsible
and that grounded me....I called my therapist's voicemail just to leave a message about it....
and then turned on English Football and had a bowl of cereal.
I realize definitely that part of being self responsible is doing things that are good for me
and my state of mind and all. I'm watching tv and staying at home.
My finances are in a mess right now. I over spent last week to keep the cupboards full.
So, I'll do what's right for mind and body now. Watching English Football is fun. Me and Blue
are just chillin' :).

Yeah, I’m thinking I’d really like to be with friends and spend time together. Just because I have no money, doesn’t mean I can’t hangout and spend time. I go to help my parents at 4. So that’s important. Sending peace out there.

Salut Mark! I overspent at le Target as I was sucked into the spend $75 and save $15! But I didn’t get anything frivolous - so it’s still « mindful. »
Whatever you decide, have a good day!

I went to the Costco to pic up an Rx. I started to think
about how self involved I can be - and I'd really like to hangout with friends
and just relax. I know I have to be self responsible and self determining
and yet I also know that I'd like to be enjoyed by my friends..
I came home to where I had left Blue, on the bed and with the tv on for him.
The game on is college football. In truth I don't care too much about it but it's
kind of the 'way we relax' (a passtime) here in my family and here in the states.
Sometimes I like it - but I like soccer too and tennis but sports in general...meh.
I like the parties associated with them ! LOL.
So I thought about the way we relax with them. Being a scatter brain at times I chose things
that have a kind of 'training wheels' to them...if that makes sense..
I know for one that with the essential survival stuff all in focus or considered - I think
culture makes life worth living. Definitely for me. Culture and good relationships.
Work is something I take pride, energy, achievement and value in. Outside of work..
...I like ..... culture and science all kinds.

I am home again home again jiggety jig. And while I too would love to go be social I know that I can’t due to funds. So I have to spend the rest of the day at home. I’m not really friends with anyone current who has a big home nearby where I could hang out and not spend money. Everything is an activity out at a restaurant or some other place. And so I will relax and clean today. You and Blue enjoy your sports (have a party! :) ) and Boujee Bella and I will snuggle up for some art house films haha. Bella is really into the 80s Horror films on Criterion Channel right now. Hahaha. Ok now I’ll go babble on my own journal. :)
