time on my hands, feel like I am falling a part

Just relaxing in front of the tv and my old friend "the darkness" is trying to become

the center of attention. I find myself sighing a lot, but that's perhaps healthy. I say that because

I notice that in others at times. We all gotta

keep engaged in things in life and so 'this thing' is kind of pushing me to find things to do...

it doesn't come naturally for some reason but perhaps with little steps made into habit

more and more it will become

a familiar kind of thing and just an experience that I'll know what to do about it.

I have a yoga class to go to at 130p which should be good. Before writing here - I kind of

felt like I was falling a part kind of but I feel centered again now and I'll get busy...getting busy lol.

Have a good Boxing Day out there!!!

Surely you have heard the folk adage, "A sigh a day keeps the cardiologist at bay." At least I think that's how that goes. . .

Personally, I curb the sucking black holes of my broken life with sighs. The scars and infections I can't seem to should away like I should. By curbing those broken spots with sighs, I can make room for the beauties and blessings still available to me while still leaving access for healing hopes to enter.
