Time
I went to work this morning.
Then came home and ate and changed and darted to the office.
Then I met my little sister to buy a present for my Stepmom.
Now I am at home.
Excercising my ability to stay in motion about my day with out getting
lost in the juices of my mind and depression. (that sounds kind of gross doesn't it?)
I'm still on the fence about going to yoga. I'm kind of tired and everything at this point
is feeling like self abuse. But maybe I'll go. There will be folks there and I like the teacher.
The actual class once I get there is really good..
I'm looking back and looking forward. My days feel like an endless habitrail loop. Rushing
here, rushing there and all the while kind of shuddering at senselessness of it. I won't buy
into those attitudes. Time to fill up on meaningful things...It's like pushing myself to working out
at the gym...metaphorically speaking...finding my way... takes some concerted effort and not having
a vision to fulfill makes it all the more daunting....but I'll find my way, my way of fulfilling it...
and so on!

If ya wants to get graphic about brain juices, I suffer Boiled Brain Syndrome. That's where your hair folicules are so thick that your head heats to the point of boiling the brain in its own juices. Boiled Brain Syndrome runs in my family. Great hair with not quite as much sense as God gave a screwdriver.
My hubby had a full head of hair when I met him, but I forgave him that flaw because it was obvious his tonsure was on its way. I have 5 brothers with great hair and? ? ? Give me a man who lets his brain breath. Boiled Brain Syndrome is especially problematic in men. Wemen can get away with having the IQ of a fence post.
Anyhoo. . .
I wonder if you are ready for the questioner challenge of finding one less than obvious fact about every person you encounter tomorrow. Just wondering. . . Not sure you're up for ^it^ yet. Takes a Questioning Master to achieve that one. I'm still working the challenge.

I notice a lot about my customers Arfie. I stand by the donut case or the bagel case or the rolls case early in the morning and all different types of people come and it was weird to interact with them sometimes or used to be but now I just try to give them a good experience and it makes my morning. Treating a day laborer well who’s been sleeping rough gives them a pep in their step: :-) Executives looking to buy breakfast or moms buying a party of kids back home a dozen donuts. Food has that universal leveling for folks.
Food is, indeed, the bestest mixer in Nature. I've rather enjoyed travelling in countries that have the custom of filling restaurant tables to the max. It can be quite delightful to find yourself seated with unexpected company.
But mixing at the food troughs and observing are not the same thing as questioning. The challenge remains.
People can, indeed, be fascinating when I can open myself to unexpected potentials instead of wandering feral inside my own head.

I just bought some 'everything' bagels for the weekend with cream cheese.... Yummy!!… Ah the activities of daily living do get routine for sure Marky.... I really like the routine part of it though.....It helps life to flow easy for me
That sounds interesting Arf to have people seated at your table that you don't know.... It would be a nice way of interacting with new people for sure.... Big hugs....
Happy Valentine's Day.....xo
Happy Valentines Day!!
