Tim has injuries
My problems are on the back burner, now.
Please pray for Tim. He fell off of a 12' ladder yesterday and had to be taken to the hospital by ambulance. He had stitches for a bad cut on his hand, his chin, and below his lower lip. He bit his tongue badly - it was completely lacerated through about 3/4 of the way across. He has a concussion and a fractured jaw. I am taking him to an orthodontic surgeon Monday to have surgery on his jaw and have it wired shut.
Due to the injuries, he was acting crazy and very combative when he regained consciousness accident site, at the hospital, and at home last night and this morning. (But, he did ask me to lie down on the hospital bed beside him And hold hands with him. Wow!). His memory was really messed up. My daughter spent the night with us, in case I needed help with him. He is doing some better now. He understands the situation, but he is in a great deal of pain and can only consume liquids.
I am so tired I'm shaking, but I have to find enough energy to get us through this. We have a tough few weeks ahead. We do realize that Tom's injuries could have been much worse, and we are so thankful that he wasn't hurt worse or killed in the fall.
I am doing a little better. The meds are beginning to help some. I've just been tired and weak. Thank you to all of you for your support and prayers!
Much love, Nancy.

Oh my gosh!! I have just prayed for Tim, Nancy! God works in mysterious ways, maybe this whole horrific incident will help bind you two together again. I\'m SO sorry he is in pain and you have to watch. There\'s nothing worse.
He will get better! You know that. His body needs time to heal from the trauma and the shock. Thank God he didn\'t fracture his skull, or break his neck.
In these times of personal injury/tragedy, we are brought closer together. You will find that you have the strength you need to care for your husband Got will grant you that. Just lay it all before Him. Let him know you are fearful and weak, and just give it to God. Tim will be ok, and I will be praying for both of your and your family! xo
I agree with Darla,he will get better & I too hope that this will bring you back closer together.
I hope too that you will have help in dealing with your husband\'s injuries.
Will keep you both in my thoughts/prayers.
Oh, dear Nancy. I\'m so sorry this happened. I pray that God will use it for good. I know He will. He does not cause these things, but He will certainly use them. Thank God he wasn\'t killed. He very well could have been. It will be hard for Tim to be disabled for a while, but he might get a little taste of what it\'s like for you. Tim will be in my prayers. This will be a very hard journey for him. Very humbling, I\'m sure. I\'ll pray for you too. I\'m sure you are exhausted. Love you. Heather.
Tim fell where a concrete driveway joins a lava rock flower bed. Miracle that he wasn\'t hurt worse!
I just prayed for you and for Tim. Praying has been harder these last few weeks but for what its worth I have added my prayers to the mix. I pray your body and spirit will hold up so you can doo what you need to do at his time. I hope that this will bring you closer. Surrounding you with warm loving energy.
Nancy, I will be praying for Tim, and for you as you nurse him back to health. I\'m sorry he has so many injuries to deal with, but it is really a miracle that it\'s not worse. Take care, and I hope you get some rest.
Nancy, I am so sorry to hear this!! I understand how terribly difficult it is to try and care for someone else when we are so ill ourselves! Please be gentle with yourself my friend. Sending love and light to you both...
