Thy Eat Heather!

I have been wanting to rip into some people. Work has been stressful, I am working hard on myself and just at my limit I guess.
It is no secret that I struggle with my weight. It has become a significant health issue not just me wanting to become sexy fancy pants. So I have been looking for support. I have tried real time groups but I put so much pressure on myself it backfires.Hey how about maybe a DS group????. There is a bunch of nice people on here. I tried it over a year ago but there was one person who made me want to slap the stupid right off her. Me thinks she must be gone by now. Ohhhh hellll no . I slip into a group to read some of the posts.  This is the nonsense I find:
"Normal size for everybody that is healthy on west is size 1 to 3. size 5 is fat. Beach resident are less likely to be fat . thy eat heather.  I have a few friends. in there state community it's like the woman have the need to get big like they could be right size for cattle auction in there area."
First of all, bitch. Your sad little attempts at writing are so bad that spell check can't even help you.
Second: You are just rude.
Thirdly: You are an idiot.
There I have wasted 10 minutes of my time on this crusty twat waffle.
I know I could block her but sadly she is the most active member of the group. I'm not sure how well that speaks of the group.

I\'m sad you are looking for support and have such an awful women spouting her crap to make bigger women feel bad. I\'m struggling with my weight too, we can message back and forth or make a thread in the bipolar group if you aren\'t after some privacy. There is a group that used to message weekly about how they have gone with weight loss and exercise, it hasn\'t been active since October but we could support each other there if you like http://www.dailystrength.org/groups/bipolar-weight-loss--wellbeing

I am thinking more of figuring my emotion and food connection. Reporting in to anyone is a sure way for me to gain more weight but that is just me.

No Problem, it was just an idea. Let me know if I can help, even if its commenting positively on your journal as you explore your relationship between your emotions and food. I\'ve read its not uncommon for abuse victims to comfort eat and be overweight.
