thurs dec 29.2011 5.30 p.m. going to b.f. w/ sis

not much today. stretched out this morning. neck is still sore. did some strecting in the bed. but no real exsersise. going w/ sis to b.f, to my place to see son and maybe to store if she will go. i need to get some exsersise in. i wint just very little. wish i could be regular. my stomack is stilll hard and so bloated up. i realy need to do something, but out of ideas. and fruit n veggies. oh the boating. and the hard stomack. ok, moore later maybe. maybe wene i get back i will maybe make another entry later ok, peace out.........
