throw the tv out the window

it is so strange how I struggle to keep myself from going down some crazy roads mentally -

and to that end I then look to pass the time for some reason wtching TV - I have chosen the TV as a valid option.

In truth I don't like television or what I watch so much.. For years I went without but then

when I got sick, I started to watch again. It was like a way to be patient, and diligent to just

sit there and abide by what was being shown...I used to accomplish so much when I gave up my TV.

I pushed myself over the limit though- but now this TV as my alternate option just doesn't cut it anymore.

Just thoughts.

Funny...I gave up tv a year ago...too expensive and horrid stuff shown. I don't regret giving it up, what I find challenging is what to do in the evenings. So I loose myself in period dramas, and other programs like BBC on U-Tube. I hope you will find more enjoyment searching for your interests...Thank you for your kind response to my Thanksgiving post...I hope you enjoyed your day. Take care, ML
