thoughts and prayers for all of DS friends
Sunday night: I am thinking of all my friends on DS and I am very grateful that I have found this site. Summer is a busy time and and we all try to do what we can with our friends and families.
I may have mentioned that my oldest daughter is married to a minister. The past week they took them on a mission trip to Nashville, Tennessee. While there they had three young people to be saved. That was worth the trip! I once read a billboard at a local church that said "will anyone be in heaven because of you?" That is thought provoing isn't it?
We are leaving for Mrytle Beach this Wednesday. We are going to "Mustang Week". It is a huge car show with nothing but Mustangs. We have two and will be taking the Roush P51-B. It is kinda special because they only made 51 and we have number 50. Jack Roush has number 51. I know that means nothing to most of the females on here but if you like cars it surely will. I can't tell you how much this car club means to my husband and how it has been able to keep his mind off the cancer. He has been an inspiration to our friends. I am so proud of the way he has handled this awful disease. I know we are so blessed and yet I have such a heart for the ones on this site who are not doing well. I think of you all everyday and I am sincere when I tell you that I care about you. It is my prayer that God's will be done for each of us. Love, Wanda

Wanda, enjoy the time with your hubby! So good he has this interest and is able to have some fun. I too, think of eternity, and pray that I have been faithful with God\'s word. Glad to hear the mission trip was fruitful for your daughter and her husband. :) Karen

Dear Wanda - have a fantastic time away. (Though, cars??? Mustangs??? Have they got teeth???!) These outside hobbies and interests certainly are a lifeline for all our dear guys.
Thank you for all your heart and faith and caring.

Dear Wanda...I am so please and happy that your husband is healthy enough to take these trips and enjoy the things in life that are so special to both of you...and I am truly grateful for your friendship and am always here to listen to you as well. My best friend in highschool had a 1965 Mustang convertible and we thought we were just the coolest driving around in it! Have a ball..Hugs Ellen
