This morning

I thought about the intense pain and pressure i usually feel in the presence of the sisters as if every step and flinch is noticed and judged. It renders me really tired a lot. But today the opportunity to be in service and to have time to muse and meditate I realized that each person there is in their own world of pain and or pressure and thoughts gave me such reprieve and vision for myself and others. The service took on more meaning more beauty and enjoyment.
