This morning

Waking up, my mind undermined me

And undid me. I’m trying to take it one step at a time.

I showered and dressed.

I came downstairs and just got coffee and talked to my dad and stepmom .

The undoing of my mind makes me come from a place of paranoia of negativity and vulnerability but I’m lucid enough that I resolved and can sheepishly just get a long. I have some distance from it. But can see what it in the past has inspired within me. That sense of danger anger etc

I need to tell my Dad. He takes it personally because he takes on the responsibility of taking care of everyone.

Please pray for me. All the wisdom from yesterday is gone, except for maybe that the things around a house affirm like touchstones. I told Dad and he thanked me. It’s really wild how my sense of strength and common sense goes out the window.

Im kind of walking gingerly around my parents house. I’m taking care of myself and my activities though. That’s all a body can do.. I must sound like a case but I’ll take inspiration from my social worker Chuck who is severely disabled… ‘it’s the life of Chuck!’ He says!!

Keeping you in my prayers, Mark. Also, I shared your beautiful candle photo with Scott’s wife. She said that she often looks at it because it brings her peace. Thank you, again, for your kindness.
