This Dude

There was this dude I was friends with for a period of time. The reason why I bother talking about this at all is because I thought he was a good friend of mine. Anyway, his name was Eric and at first he was a nice guy. polite and actually cared about me and my other friend.
But, he slowly turned into an asshole and always complained about everything and never did anything to help himself. He always thought that he knew more than anyone else and it was just so damn anoying.
I told him how he was acting and he really didn't care. He said rude things about me, my bf, my other friend, his own cousin, and just turned into a complete asshole. Then expected me to continue talking to him. I don't have the time to spend my emotions on people who don't give a shit.
I told him to just stop talking to me and he was all like "no don't leave, I'm alone, blah blah blah" I just left and havent talked to him in almost a month now. I just really don't have time for rudeass people at all.
