thinking outloud
Nothing is really bothering me today. My parents were surprisingly ok with my dropping my class. Everything has been fine this week, even though my ex is officially dating someone new. She went to north carolina to stay with him for the weekend, and it bothered me a bit at the time, and maybe a bit when she first changed her relationship status. But I thought about last year when she would change it and how overwhelming all the emotions were and what I did to myself, and it's not like that now. I don't really care if she dates someone, even if all of his friends and his brother have warned her that he just dates girls for sex and she's going to get her heart broken. Maybe it's just what she deserves because she broke mine.
I'm ready to move on, I haven't had a really depressing moment in the last week, I've eaten normally (meaning I haven't worried about what I eat, which has lead to me not over or under eating) and I'm less than a week away from my equivalent time cutting to not cutting.
New Month Resolutions: Talk to someone about a problem, I only ended up talking to one person about one of my problems last month, and I'd like to do the same or more if I feel up to it. Good weather will hopefully bring good exercise, I don't like indoor jogging, I just want to get out and be active, so if weather permits, I'm going to jog, bike, or play tennis a couple times a week. I'm going to keep eating right and not cutting. I'm going to work on a project either with my dad or with my brother. Maybe by the end of the month, I'll be up to seeing a therapist, I feel like my schedule is open enough for me to fit it in on a weekly basis even for a while.
