Thinking about my Dad
My Dad leads the family very well.
He's responsible for all of us and I understand now why he may seem so intense at times. He's under a lot of pressure to take care of everyone.
He grew up very isolated and I can see why he feels so panicked.

My dad died unexpectedly quite some time ago, and I have regrets. He, too, took care of everyone and was a workaholic. He never once complained. I often wish I had talked to him more and asked him about his feelings/life. Also, I wish I had told him how much I appreciated the sacrifices he made for our family and how much I loved him. If you don't already do this, maybe talk to him about him. So glad to hear that you have such a great dad!
