things, notes...

I am realizing for me, though I have come to a kind of understanding of the issues at play with my illness, it still takes a little extra effort for me to keep the anxiety 'at bay.' I may understand, but the reality is also what happens too for example when I don't keep active or distracted all the time. I have acceptance for it.

I know I will speak to my Dr. about the fact that my family feels "I am stuck a bit" with my growth. I will bring this up to him and tell him of the invading, bothersome thoughts sometimes I get and the 'doubling down' of my mind on ideas occasionally (though I think I have nipped that tendency now in the butt.)

I feel well enough to be expressed about this stuff, I don't know if a medication change would make dealing with anxieties, transitions and the nature how I work, any better. We'll see what the Dr. suggests.

Peace and have a good night!
