Things my brother has done

In the past my brother has done many things that have given me reason to not trust or like him. some of them are as follows:
Stolen from me.
Ratted on me.
Disrespected me.
Threatened to hit me.
Hit me.
Cursed at me.
Broken promises to me.
Inconsiderate of my feelings.
Called me numerous times in the same day for months even after I told him I do not like being bothered with phone calls.
Calls and never leaves a message other than to call him back.
Calling to ask me about things I have nothing to do with and getting angry when I tell him so.
Yelled at out mother while in hospital.
Took advantage of our elderly and disabled parents.
Stolen from our parents.
Lied to our parents.
Lied to state and federal authorities and forged my name.
Asked me to lie to authorities and help him defraud the state.
Hung up on me multiple times after yelling at me for hanging up on him when I didn't actually hang up on him.
Bugged me on a daily basis about getting work when we were younger and then not working and being supported by my parents while I worked for 20 years.
Lied to me.
Belittled me in public.
Lied about me to others.
Bullied me.
Taken advantage of my good nature.
Manipulates and bullies our sister.
Disregards authority and undoes the work others have done to help our sister.
Took my fathers guitar which my Parents wanted me to have and he promised my mother he would give it to me.
 
And he wonders and asks me why I am short tempered with him and have an attitude and do not want to do anything with him even though I have told him all of these things.
