Things Change
Just wanted to let all you know that my surgeon's office called today and said that my EKG came back abnormal and that this time until I have some heart test ran they are not comfortable putting me to sleep...so it will probably take a couple of weeks to get the test done....
I appreciate how much all you guys care and will update you later on the date of the surgery. I really need the surgery done, so hope that there is nothing serious with my heart...I know I have a heart problem...but not sure what this is all about...
Love,
Sandi

Hi Sandi: I am glad they are being careful. I suspect it will be okay but there is no point in taking chances. I am sorry you have to endure the pain that much longer.
Big hugs,
Marlene
Yes, you have a heart problem - it\'s called grief ! That not withstanding, sorry you have to keep waiting - but to echo Marlene, it\'s good they are being thorough. That bodes well for your surgery.
Take care ~ Joanna
They\'re just being careful... better careful than sloppy.
Hugs MaryLou
It is good to have it checked out to be on the safe side. Hang in there as there is always a plan for each of us even if we don\'t see it. Hugs, Amber
Better safe than sorry....I hope it\'s a minor heart problem. I had a spasm heart attack in 2007 a few days after my sister was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. It\'s sometimes called a broken heart attack. Then 15 months later Melissa was gone. I\'m sure my heart is not up to par at this time. I will be praying for your heart to be ok and for your back surgery to be successful. Love and hugs, Connie
Thanks...seems weird that I had surgery in May after Ken passed in Dec and things looked okay...I do have a heart problem called Heart Failure..blood does not pump out of Left Ventiular as it is suppose to...been off meds for a while due to causing breathing problems...guess it could be the cause..the EKG was fine in May...but yes glad they are being cautious....so wait and test and see...and live with this pain...thanks all for your concern...
Sandi, I hope all goes well with your tests and I am glad your doctors are being cautious and thorough. Love and peace, Linda
Glad they are waiting as I always believe in \"When in doubt, check it out.\" Hoping that there is not something too serious as well. Take care!
Gosh Sandy, as my mom always says, \"If it\'s not one thing, it\'s another\". I really don\'t like that statement, but life just keeps throwing curve balls. Perhaps this is a blessing in disguise, as any cardiac issue can be addressed and resolved. Best of luck....Rebecca
I am a nurse and I am fed up with the \'health care industry\'. There is no care in health care any more. It is strictly an industry and the almighty dollar is the only thing that seems to matter. I know I am a bit cynical but I haven\'t had any good experiences with the system these days.
Hang in!
Hugs,
Marlene
Sorry to hear you have heart problems, Sandi, but it\'s good that the dr.s are being careful. Nowadays they usually leave the decision up to you weather to operate.
Glad they are checking your heart out, before the surgery. I am going to have to have a knee replacement surgery in a few weeks. Until then I am living with severe pain and can barely walk. I am sorry you are in pain too. Maybe one of these days we will get well and begin to feel \"human\" again. (((HUGS)))...Julia
