Things are not as they seem.
Well after spending about 9 days inpatient in the hospital, I decided to go AWOL which prohibided me from getting my prescriptions to take with me. I am still doing a lot of study on myself and what I am coming to realize is that my seratonin, dopeamine, or neuro whatever the hell it is, is messed up and not working properly, sending the right signals. Being I dont know which is which, I must take trial guesses at it and see if any certain one works.
I took some Adderall off the street today and it has my dopeamine level extra good, so I would guess my dopeamine is usually low then, I dunno.
I dont know if I really do have OCD, though I definately have unwanted, intrusive thoughts. So many diagnosises have the same symptoms as each other its hard to tell. But being that I am not a complete virgin at this game of mental health, I think its time to get back into the hospital and get help again. I think Anafranil is a good pill to start out on because it is supposed to target multiple areas of the brain. I am up to 150 milligrams of that so I think that is enough. I am also going to request a low dose of Prozac to go with it, though I may request it is gradually increased if need be. Im going to try to go no benzos this time around. I was to level my brain chemistry out not numb it. The last thing I would like in this little mental health cocktail is to stay with an Atypical Anti-psychotic agent. I was taking Risperdal at the hospital, and even though I really want to try Abilify, Risperdal may be the better one for my symptoms Im reading.
It's going to be an up and down battle, but I am done denying my mental health. It is real, and I live with it everyday, day in-day out. Gonna go for now, much love to the suffers!
