Things are good

I was driving over to Baugher's Restaurant this morning. I have some free time, sanctioned by the Abbess (!!!), I slept in and came out for a Sunday breakfast. No need to go to services this morning. It's a nice and needed break.

I thought about Mary Louise and felt a sincere sympatico. I've been in a place in life when my circumstances seemed to beat me down from doing the basics of life. Though our experiences are different, my therapist, at the time, pointed out that a sign of good health is to enjoy taking care of yourself. So I am hoping she will love herself enough to give herself the good stuff.

As I drove I wondered for my own position in life, how much of my life is determined by fate and how much is under my control...determined by personal will and ability to create. It's hard I know. It seems so much of what we'd like in life is thwarted by just what we can deliver or what life out there seems to put in our way like.... I won't give up!! I have so much to be grateful for. So, this morning while I drove over here to eat breakfast.  I thought about those two sides to that coin. It could seem that my condition might stop me but that's a falsity. I will keep dreaming and also keep focusing on what i can control and owning it and making it.

keep on keeping on!!

good power and warm wishes and inspiration out to you guys!!

It’s kind of like, if I give myself the visor of focusing and being responsible for, and with, what’s right in front of me I have found that I have the ability to effect things impactfully.

My perspective I am suited to take care of, maybe not so much someone else’s?? Or some icon that isn't really suited for anyone :)
