things are good
hi guys, i went out with a friend yesterday. we went to the Getty Center Museum
and it was fun.
I started to realize how different we all are and yet we still cherish each other.
We may have ideals, but we are not ideals and so live in the complex of humanity
with each other.
I realized also that because we are different - we really can't tether ourselves
down to not getting on in life with our own aspirations and goals. Especially because
we are different, we must so much go for what we like because of it - our personal 'being'
out there is a natural expression of who we are. It's important to give to ourselves
those things we like - we deserve it!
We all are so different and yet we come together in appreciation of each other -it's really cool
and so in that alone space that we have - it's important to make it, make our lives, our own.

I'm too hyper to limit my attention to a single playing field for very long at a stretch but I am a HUGE admirer of teams and teamwork. In Arf World, great teams are built on contrast, not duplication. I've heard tell there has yet to be a Sports Trophy awarded to a team of just quarterbacks or pitchers. In my own preferred analogy, it really does take a village to live a healthy life. Even a village famous for its athletic prowess needs a tailor, baker and midwife, among other non-athletic talents.
