There seems to be no way to keep her inthe house.
My Ssiter is going to be placed an home with 4 to 6 others where they can help her 24/7 and she wil not be alone or mistreated. My brother is looking for the place now.
I talked to her today while visiting her in the hospital. She is tired of being in the hospital and wnats to leave but while she was in a more responsive moment I talked to her aobutliving in a home or apartment with others and a nurse to care for her, and she didnot freak out.
I even said that it would mean that she would not be able to go home, again and she ony siad I want to live with a room mate in an apartment.
This made me feel a little better but it is still very sad thta she has to leave our family house.
I still have all the upcoming anxiety of having to move into the family home if the allow me to do so. I really do not want to move, and am starting to think that maybe it is better to jsut take everything we wnat out of it and then sell the rest, house and all. I rellylike where I live, and the way I have everything organized and where I want it with no one elses junk in the way. or having to be moved and stored or sold or whatever.
I doubt my borther will go for this, tho. We will have to see what the Trust tells us before deciding anything. I kinda hope they say that if she no longer is living there then it will need to be sold and the money put into her trust. This would be the easiest thing on all of us.
We are al getting older. She is 57, my brother is 65 with soem severe helath problems already, and I am 64. This kind of upheavel to our lives isn't healthy for any of us.
