There's no easy way out of this one

I just conceded on Facebook that if I want to grow my fitness group on Facebook, I'm going to have to learn how to do it on my own.  I have means to do that, but it's also conceding that there are no answers for my trust issues -- other than completely wiping out my memory -- that will make working with a team of coaches possible, and it's anyone's guess as to whether I will ever be able to make the group what I was hoping I could make it into.
I feel like I'm living the scene in Rocky 4 where Rocky (Sylvester Stallone) is just going for a night drive in his car, trying not to think about things that are clearly haunting him, which brings me to this video:
