there are still good people
Last week at work I was talking with a coworker about my sons legal issues. I told him that I was going to have to get a 2nd job to pay for everything. I came in today he pulls me to the side &hands me $250. That is about half of what I need to come up with then he tells me that he will have more for me in a week or two.

How well do you know this co-worker? Did you put an agreement in writing regarding whether this was a gift or a loan, and when you would be expected to pay it back? Just some things to think about, as these types of transactions so often end up in small claims court. Not meaning to be negative, just realistic. Your co-worker does sound like a kind person.

He doesn\'t want to be paid back. Said he just needed to help me out, I\'ve known him for years. He is really a great guy
