Therapy Review // 13 February 2015
Yesterday was the day when I finally saw my therapist again, after an one month break.
I don´t want to rethink half of it.
He thinks I started eating again because I still look healthy. I didn´t disagree with him, though he´s wrong, and I refused to talk about this topic.
So much for my eating habits.
Silence.
We talked about my mom. More assumptions are made, I disagree this time.
We have six more therapy sessions left, then it´s over. I can extend the time, which means another 25 appointments. If I would like to do that, he has to write a report of our therapy and my mental health history, which will then be send to my health insurance. A reviewer has to check it and decide if they will pay more appointments.
My therapist said that I still have a "problem" which would require more therapy sessions and this is what he would write in the report, however, it´s not only about "How neccessary is it?", it´s also about the progress we made.
Because which health insurance would pay more $$$ to a therapist when there has been no progress regarding my mental health?
Yeah, none.
I won´t extend it. I was honest enough to tell him that I waste his time, which he denied, of course, and which I, of course, didn´t believe.

Hi sorry you don\'t feel the therapy is helping much. I want to go again, but know I didn\'t get much out of it last time. It is so expensive I hesitate.
