The justice system has failed my kids & me. The ex took me back to court in Dec 2012 wanting "more" visitation with my kids. I thought the word more meant that you used what you had. He hasn't seen them in about 10 years or even made an attempt to see them. I have given the court proof of every lie he has told in court, the judge gave them their own lawyer talk about failure. My oldest told him he didn't care if the f'er was dead or alive he didn't want him in his life. My youngest said that he's glad he's not his dad he wants nothing to do with him. My middle one said he hates him & wants nothing to do with him. The lawyer went back to the court & said he didn't see why they couldn't see their father. The judge ordered a counseling group to supervise the visitation. After she did an interview with my kids, she didn't bring up their father just wanted to get to know them, came back & said no they wouldn't do it. They all had to be in counseling because they have issues because of him, this went back to the court. What happened. ..... the dumb ass judge ordered the boys to see their father UNSUPERVISED!!!

OMG, sorry to hear that. Since your husband hasn\'t seen them in 10 years do you think he\'ll follow threw with visiting them now? I hope all gets worked out. Do the boys still see the counselor from the court?

So far he\'s been seeing them. He had the nerve to set a limit on how much he will spend on them in 1 visit. He bought my oldest sunglasses last week, my son had to pay part of it & then their father didn\'t even get them dinner. They are in counseling but not through the court. My youngest 2 are seeing the counselor that my middle one has been seeing for a while. My oldest is seeing the one that he\'s been seeing. I wasn\'t going to change just for him.
