the whirlpool of change

I don't know why it is but for some reason, transitioning from one social group to being on my own is

like a whirlpool of deepening worry for me. It sucks me in, and it drills me down like a corkscrew of negativity. Trying

to combat that right now. I am home, I am ok, where I just came from I was ok, so why the heck to

I feel so uncertain? I know it's hot out - so perhaps that is irritating my mood. Just turned on the AC

strongly, bigly - so that will probably cool me off and settle me down. I think I need to look at both sides of the feelings and the realities

and kind of shrug it all off. Need to find my own way again here at home. It is so strange! I was feeling this way

in a different light once I got there - and now the mood has seemed to change it's spots- and I feel a little

out of control with it. Writing this helps. Got to wash up a little and get back into my little routine.

xx

Hm-m-m-m. . . I find myself with a brain fart wonder if you should create a transitioning ritual for yourself to help you shift gears from work to home. I'm not even sure where that brain fart came from, so feel free to ignore it with a polite wrinkle of your nose. Or? ? ? I light a cig to cover the offensive odor?

Had a bit of a cold snap here on the Southern Great Plains. I had to put on a long sleeve shirt. It must be way down in the mid 70's today.

I think that's a wise and good idea to make a ritual like that. Sending peace!
