the walls I built

I bitch and bitch and bitch about the distance and the wall and pound my head on the wall - begging to be let in. begging to not have the wall.
paradigm shift
skin block.  you put it on to protect your skin. your thin skin because that little irritation you don't like. slather on the protection.  build it up. brick by brick.
don't blink, you'll find the wall.  if you blink the whole wall comes in focus. where the hell did that come from? place the blame and point the finger, I only applied a brick of skin protection - it must be someone elses fault.

until you see the fingerprints on the wall.

then you have to undo what you did, and it doesn't happen overnight.  and you have to set down the tube of skin protections and let your skin develop it's natural protection, don't build with something artificial
no artificial ingredients.  the best way to lie, is to lie to yourself that you never lie.
