The Promise of Love

I am so grateful for my life.

It seems I want so many things separately from where I am right now,

but I recognize that what I have chosen, the monastery, is a fulcrum of love.
Ilness or no illness. Clarity or confusion. I have been blessed to be chosen

and to choose to live here at this place. I yearn for more things - that I can choose,

it seems at least to me at the time, I think of them - but then I come back

to questioning 'how and why' 'what and where and when and who' - but here I am.

I have a beautiful life. With Blue. With the monastics. In my own room, comfortable

as can be....perhaps it's just that I am chosen to do this role...and overarching

my scrambling over getting things I want -  - I find myself caught and kept by cloud nine -

by community, by kindness and love. Thank god.

Big squishy hug sweetie....I don't think it's at all unusual to at times want more or wonder if that 'special someone' is out there

I've been married and had it not work and what I can say about that is a partnership/marriage is a lot of work and turning the other cheek
Not always an easy thing at all

I'm so glad that you're in a loving, safe community sweetie

You deserve the best!!...xo
