the process, my process
this is being written while I wait for my therapy session.
in an extension of what I wrote yesterday, I realize that part of
my illness is that I don't process things well all the time.
Again, I am extremely humbled and grateful for the website
which has helped me with all of your input to see glimmers of
new vantages/ways to see things as well as have a sense of my own process
and how I tend to hold onto things. I just am able to step back
and see myself as an individual and how I go about ruminating
or spinning in the moment - and not just all the time lost in thought..
in some inner dark rumination that feels like a goal....
more meta so to speak..which is helping me plan...
well it's all been a growing process and again I am grateful. Sometimes,
like yesterday I can kind of lose my 'processing cap' while trying
to be strong in other ways in my day...still though - just keep on
keeping on...

I hope that your session goes well sweetie.... One foot in front of the other .... I am grateful to Mark... xo
thanks Janet!
Mark, you’re good at calming others and reassuring them. You give wonderful advice and support to others.
Can you look in the mirror like Stuart Smalley and hand over the same wisdom to yourself?
I know I’m simplifying, but that can be a goal too!
Hugs.
The whole “put on your life preserver/safety mask” before you assist others.
thanks Nikki! I will work on that!
