The pestering energy

I shouldn't have anything to complain about. I am trying to find self acceptance and some peace of mind.

I find that I am not so good at socializing. Even with family. They are so supportive of me, they don't

complain that I don't talk much when I go over to their house. I do focus on helping them with chores

and it's just what I CAN do and perhaps what I can offer in lieu of conversation.

I came home from being there today and first stopped by the animal shelter and spent time with the cats,

then I went to the bakery/cafe and got a coffee, then I emptied the dryer and made my bed with the fresh linens.

I then sat down in front of the TV. I don't really want to watch but I have nothing else to do. I know this

may sound strange... I don't have much to complain about but my mind is pestering me with some aspect

of my limitation to talk and it's eating at me a bit. But maybe I can use this to maybe plan for myself as much

distraction as possible. Writing this helps - and maybe it's helping me to transition to being alone.

Vent, vent, vent.

Hm-m-m-m. . . My Inner Freud is stroking her pink glitter goatee again and reaching for her cocaine tin for a snuff.

Methinks self-acceptance comes hard for you. What's complaining got to do with that? Want a snuff?

I sure wish you would come socialize with me. I write more than I talk, too, and I sure could use some help with the chores. I promise I'll keep my Inner Freud in her cage. I won't even charge you extra rent for bringing the cats.
