The other end of the spectrum

Ok, I appear to be in a mania stage atm.   I'm so restless, I can't sit still at all.  I'm wired as if I've had too much caffiene and I have only had ONE and that was early this morning.   Trying to relax and settle a bit but it's being difficult.
