the logic of the obvious
I don't know if the title explains it - maybe you, after you read this, will have a better way to
summarize this...but I am realizing that the intensity of the way I feel at times can be simply remedied
by a gentle change of perspective. I may feel stuck in unknowing here on the couch with the tv
on - but really it's just about following through with a plan or activity -
It's that simple - and yet like a moth drawn to a flame I tend to stick
to the intensity and feel powerless to shift gears... but I can... it's that simple.
I've also been thinking about this - and perhaps it's related.
Much like i think of god and his message of hope - it's also the simple companionship I'd like as well
to get me going and be with me along the way. It may be a sad feeling of loss but the light of it
shines away and is that simple to follow.

it may not be that simple, I don't mean to offend but I feel like I am waking up a bit to my own power to change
and effect it.
Dunno if ^it^ is the same or not, but the refrain that rises from the choir in my own head, enabled by my hyper metabolism is, "Thinking my way into jail." I have one mellower sister-in-healing who calls her version, "Thinking her way to couch potatohood."
By whatever name, over-thinking the problem seems to be the common denominator.
