The hand of the king
Watching old episodes of Game of Thrones...just saw the one where Ned Stark dies. It's so dramatic, so sad...if you are not a fan just know that a good man unjustly looses his head. It's not the last time a main character dies...it made me think of my daughter...pretty much like everything makes me think of my daughter. What did it take for her to put that gun in her mouth?? How much pain did it take?? Oh my God...Oh Dear God...Almost 10 weeks now...it is still shocking to me.

Gina, the pain of losing our kids is excruciating. I so understand. I think the advice to go outside and get some fresh air if you can is a good one. Just take it moment by moment. It never gets easy but it does get a bit ligher. Tightest of hugs, Linda
