the good times don't last. but just carry through
Today wasn't that bad, I went to work, did what I needed to do, then came back
and started to see real possibility for my day. I didn't just bury my head in the sand.
I did a lot of little chores and errands and it felt great to get things done. I felt ambitious to
deal with the rest of the day and some of my future with equal bravery and motivation.
I ended up reading a book and drinking some beer at a rest point. The beer may not have been the best idea
but I kept on with my day. I took the dog for another walk. Cleaned the floors and did some laundry.
My brother gets back from his trip in a little bit. I really dipped badly low there for a bit. Felt really low.
Like weak and a total mess of a person. I had no choice but just embrace my self and the day
as I continued on. I yearned for the end of it all. Kind of said in a dramatic way - but you get the picture.
Every thing can't be lovely smelly roses - and so I am just sitting up in my chair and writing about my day.
Maybe some one out there will see this and comment or be inspired to just keep on keepin' on too. I have no ideas
for what would create a better day except that I should just continue to follow through with what I am supposed to do..
with work, with chores, with errands, family and friends. It's all I can do. I am tempted to judge my life but I won't
do that. I will encourage 'me' instead.

Judging myself doesn't seem to accomplish any more than making me judgmental. My life and the world around me keep on being what they are, no matter how I see fit to judge ^it^.
Encouragement is far better motivation.
