The first step

Well so far so good. I am starting to hold others responsible for their jobs. It is a challenge though as a few of the workers are very childlike with their fighting and bickering. They tend to come to me to gain someone on their side and I tell them I refuse to take sides. They have to work as a team as the job is based on teamwork to get things done. The childishness is to be left outside the door as they come to work. I have been with this company for 5yrs and have never seen it this bad. I have also informed them that there will be consequences if they cannot pull it together. This is an equal rights work place where everyone is to feel as though they are part of a family. Rudeness and ignorance will not be tolerated!
