The First Day of the rest of my life

Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Today I will not gamble. Yesterday I went to casino. Struggled with not going but thought I would just take 10.00 that I had in my pocket and the casino was giving me 55.00 free play. Ended up winning 315.00 off of slots with just the 5.00. Wanted to leave but couldn't seem to stop. Ended up losing the 315.00 then decided to take out 400.00 dollars and ended up losing that too. Left the casino after 3 hours with nothing. Feel bad and had to transfer funds from my savings today to pay rent and cover other bills. Want to stop so I am not in this predicament but need help.
At least I am working today thru Saturday. But then Sunday and Monday I need to make plans otherwise I fear I will loose control again.
