the end of the day

it's nearing the end of the day...I usually go to St. Max's for the 5pm

mass on Saturdays. I guess today I will just follow through with it.

I was feeling really whiped out and demoralised but I've just gotta

pick myself and realize today is just like any other. Stick to the routine, schedule

and reality that my physical and mental exhaustion should define how

I handle my decision making process.  Try and stay above the waterline.

Tomorrow morning - I'll make coffee

and drink it in bed, have cereal while I watch CBS' Sunday Morning.

Then I'll go for a walk at the King Gilette Ranch.

I'll see about going grocery shopping as well.

I might wait till Monday morning.

Good evening (that was in my best Alfred Hitchcock voice hahaha). I’ll catch up on your other journals as I see youve been busy writing and reflecting. I hope the service connects you to a place that feels less demoralizing and lighter with what is possible in the future of your life.

Don’t lose hope. More soon.

when i look back on when i was comparing my insides to other people's outsides, it is not a great surprise now that i was continually exhausted and demoralized from trying to do an impossible task. butttttttaaaaa. . . thank god for the schedules and routines that helped me cope with the resulting emotional chaos.
