The end of a small chapter.

The sick old lady, whom I helped for the past 2 weeks, has passed away peacefully yesterday. I am grateful that she has finally been freed from her painful suffering. Now she is in heaven, with my beautiful Colleen!

Taking care of this sick old lady, gave me a lot of peace about Colleen's passing. I felt upset about the fact that Colleen was in a medically induced coma for the last week of her life, because I could not talk to her and say goodbye. But now that I saw the old lady's terrible pain and suffering until her death, I thank God that Colleen was kept safe from this kind of suffering. God blessed her with His mercy, and came to fetch her softly and peacefully. Colleen's passing was filled with God's love and grace!

I believe that this short experience with the sick old lady, is only the beginning of my new path in life. Who knows what lies ahead? I am not a highly educated person, but I know love and caring, and I understand pain and suffering. I have nothing holding me back, so I can go wherever the Lord needs me to go! I will always have my sweet Colleen with me, and her precious feather winks carry me through each difficult day! I truly feel blessed!

Dear Friend,

I\'m so sorry to hear about the old lady, but at least she was well looked after by yourself. The most precious of this whole ordeal is the fact that you my dear friend received peace about Colleen\'s passing. See God works in so many mysterious ways.

My friend, keep well and we will talk again.

It is apparent the good Lord steered you to the caring of this woman to assist you in understanding and accepting Colleens passing in a more comforting way. As you seek to move on with your life, do look into the need for compassionate and attentive caregivers, such as yourself, in your community.

I am so sorry to hear this. It is a good thing that she had such a sweet caring person like you with her these last two weeks. It seems this short relationship was mutually beneficial. God will show you where you are needed next.

The end of a very small yet significant chapter I would say... Grateful you could companion her in this way and that this opens up within you possibilities to see and feel your continued purpose.

Andelene,
I am so sorry. I meant to get right back to you when you sent me this message. I am glad this experience has brought you peace. You may not be highly educated, nor am I, but that does not matter here. What matters are our children, our families, whatever faith we want to project. (Besides you write English better than I do.) Keep those feathers coming, beautiful Colleen!
Sending love your way,
Leda
