the choir

tdays service was marvelous.  i enjoyed it from beginning 2end. so blessed.  i direct the choir.  im leaving 4 5 wks for training.  and when i return i may not b able 2 b on the choir b/c my  schedule will b so sporatic.  i love directing and the lord blesses me 2 motivate & communicate w/the choir & the musicians.  problem is no one else on the choir so far has bn willing 2 even try 2 do the same thing.  so i hate 2 leave.  i have no protege.  no one who wants 2 step in my shoes.  theres one who is adequate, but doesnt motivate.  and another who motivates, but doesnt lead.  so what will happen is my pianist will have yet another job in directing.  i pray that someone will fill myshoes or just fill their own shoes in jesus name.  ipray that someone will feel led....will b led 2 lead the choir.  i hope that i will b allowed 2 continue in my role or as a member( idont care which) when i can make rehearsal.  in jesus name i pray....amen.
