The bleeding

I had been paying for two Netflix accounts, one for each cousin.  Well two months ago there was trouble at school and although the accounts were to close at the end of the month the mom made me suspend the accounts and the older one threw a fit.  So I restarted it with him full well knowing it would soon be shut down.  Well he got an extra month on it and now he is really mad that it is closed.  WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING.
