thank u for care and hugs!
yesterday wore me out, thanks for the hugs, ya'll understand that we all have moments, days like that......it's not so bad, it's just tough when the level of function is so low.
the antibiotics are working on knocking out the sinus infection. and also knocking out the sinus infectionee.
i slept from 2:30 AM last night until 9 this morning - then conked back out.
the next time i woke it was 5 pm this afternoon. took me two more hours to manage a shower and make something to eat. it's weird to have your first meal of the day at 7:30 at night.
recently tried an old favorite with a new twist.......it's called Skinny Pop.........for those of u who like popcorn, crunchy snacks ......low calorie, low sodium .....this might be something u would enjoy. the actual ingredients are:
all natural popcorn, sunflower oil, salt, black pepper. it has 39 calories per one cup serving.......and for this little reviewer it's a nice change. it's not toooo peppery, just adds some zest.......the site is www.skinnypop.com
what else? i got the floor cleaned up, got the trash out. the cats had a blast........!!!! i'm going to make a cup of hot water......sipping hot water seems to make my ears hurt less.
one funny thing.......
had a crazy dream that I got a postcard in the mail.......no name listed, no message from 112 Bier Street, Foy, MI.....I could read it plain as day.....on the flip side, the postcard photo was a small town main street. i find out as the dream develops that My Dad (according to the plot line of my dream)......that Dad never passed away, he moved to Foy
I go to Foy.......get off the Greyhound Bus.......none of this upset me at all......it all made sense as only dreams can........
shortly after I get there I find out that Foy is a not so secret acronym.......it stands for Fountain of Youth (they have quaint little shops that promote the FOY theme........& a beautiful old fountain sits right in the center of the town square)
......when my Dad answers the door at 112 Bier Street he is in his mid-30's...........he was so young, so strong, so handsome.......and he was looking at the 57 year old face of this daughter............the last thing I remember is a flicker of nervousness about him seeing me THIS OLD.
and then i woke up.
p.s. it was nice seeing him, wish i could have talked to him awhile. hugs!

glad the antibiotics are working. Be patient. Take it slow. Everyone I\'ve known with this sinus infection are taking a long time to get over it.

I see your meds are affecting you in much the same way that those I tried to take the summer did me. Only I never slept like you are.
Great dream about your dad. Hope you continue to feel better.
