Thank god for yoga!

keeping it managed.

Before I went to yoga today I was feeling suicidal. I really felt like there

like I was in darkness and it was me -

I decided to go to yoga class as I thought it might reset my feelings

and sure enough it was great! A life saver. I am not saying that I am still not struggling

with darkness but the yoga class really lifted my spirits and the teacher who was so funky and

accepting seemed to zero in on me - and let me know it was ok to come as I am.

I so often when I start to feel low - feel in depths of it a total isolation - and I know that's now

not the case - everyone has to manage their sadness and has to pull themselves out of it some how or other. Whether it's by going to yoga, contacting a friend or family member or

whatever. When I start to feel that kind of monolithic sadness and darkness again - that will be my clue that I am not the only one - to reframe my headset and try and get on with other things that are more about the here and now. I think maybe it IS time to get a pet. I need the responsibility.

It would be good to have someone to care for.

so often when alone I pick away at the symptoms - not a good idea. manage is more the MO.

Mark, just no naked yoga please lol...... teasing. Whenever I think of a yoga studio though, I think of bare feet. Bleh. Feet are the least attractive part of any human body haha
