temporary goodbyes

good byes hurt
they make me sad
even if there not for ever
they still hurt bad
only gone for a short time
and im off the wall
feel like ive lost a dime
one that need to complete my doller
where a doller means the world
to someone whose not rich
i just want to holler
want to scream and kick
dont know how to say goodbye
without feeling though your gone for good
i know all goodbyes are not forever
but it feels like they could
wishing i didnt have to say goodbye
but knowing, for one more day
well be apart at least
but reunited we will be
at the end of the week
why does it have to be so far away
just have the days pass by
so we can be together where we shall stay.
