Temp Job
Was offered a temp customer service job at the same time I accepted my sales job. The temp job was what I pictured for myself as a retired person. I wanted something to supplement my income. I'm still going to take the sales job, but it feels good to know that in the future I can do temp work as a retiree. Don't know if the body can hold up with sales, but will see.

Sounds like a good idea! It must make you feel good also because you were offered not one but two jobs! You go! I worked temp service for a number of years and actually loved it. Wasn\'t crazy about the pay but there were always interesting jobs and if they weren\'t and I really didn\'t like the job, I could ask for something else from the agency or just wait it out until they no longer needed me.
At least your are in the right profession. I was always a receptionist and can\'t get into the work again if my life depended on it and it does. I am open to customer service as well. So far not a thing.
