Tell me why...I love Fridays!
Dear Kitty, Our internet’s been down at school recently, so I’ve had to be writing this on ‘Word’ and then copying it onto here. (This is actually from Friday the 26th) I’m sorry about the last blog entry; I really shouldn’t offload all that onto you. I love Friday mornings; I have Chinese and then double Drama! It’s amazing! Chinese is SO much fun! Next week, we’re having a lesson with the Chinese assistant and we’re all getting Chinese names. I wish that we were having Japanese ones; you can probably tell that I’d be ‘Usagi’! Or ‘Chibiusa’, but I think that I prefer ‘Usagi’ (funnily enough, that’s Sailor Moon’s name – it means ‘rabbit’, hence ‘Usagi Tsukino’; rabbit of the moon!) Drama’s great too. We’ve been recording ourselves on Fraser’s laptop and then watching ourselves again to see what we can improve on. It was quite a good idea; I can’t remember who came up with it, but they should definitely get an ‘excellent’ (a Reptonian commendation)! It is one of the funniest things, especially at the beginning of the first recording when Fraser is visible commando crawling under the piano in the background (as well as the salute and marching and him generally being a fool)! I’ve had to survive double Physics today; my teacher really, really hates me! Mrs Lane (or Laney J as we so fondly know her (or ‘that stupid irritating annoying blank blank blanking blanky blanking blank’)) just picks up on every time Isla asks me something or vice versa, or I happen to still be writing when she thinks that I should have finished. And she completely loves the boys in my set; it’s so unfair! I went to walk back with Freya today; we always walk back together on Fridays now! She can always cheer me up; I’d got a bit depressed after break, and being with Freya made me completely forget it all! Apparently, Miriam has a HUGE crush on Kris! It’s hilarious - she hardly knows him! Apparently, she;s even printed his timetable off the computer so she can ‘accidently’ bump into him! So now she is following Freya and I because we keep bumping into him, in hope of being able to chat to him in German. Even though all that she’s said so far is ‘Where do you live?’. Unfortunately, he lives in Austria, not Germany, so she probably wouldn’t be able to see him in the hols. But it is one of the funniest things (even funnier that Hector’s twelve-inch pianist joke which is surprisingly funny for one of his jokes!). I’ll write more tomorrow; I want to go and play the piano now. Lots of love, Me Xxxxxxxxxxx P.S. Still a long time...but really wanted to during Maths and Latin today.
